Do you sell or manufacture equipment?

If a vendor has a poor service history, unstable technology, misaligned priorities, or known reliability issues, we will not use them, even if it's the easier path.

New Dawn is Conveyco's proprietary Warehouse Execution Software. It orchestrates automation, prioritizes orders, balances labor, and optimizes throughput in real time. It's proven, stable, and running in multiple live facilities today.

What is the difference between a WES and a WMS?

A WMS tracks inventory and orders. A WES controls how work actually gets done in real time. New Dawn sits between your WMS and your automation layer. It decides what work happens next, and coordinates people and machines to make it happen efficiently.

What makes New Dawn different is its ability to track and manage inventory inside the automated system, not just before and after it. While many OEMs claim they can handle this, it is often limited or lacks the level of accuracy and visibility required to truly optimize performance. New Dawn was built to fill that gap, giving you real-time, system-wide visibility and control that most platforms simply cannot match.

WES vs. WMS: What's the Difference and Why It Matters

Can New Dawn integrate with our existing WMS?

Yes, and integration is actually the easiest part of any New Dawn implementation. Because it doesn't require real-time communication, the integration can be fully tested and proven months before your project goes live, giving your team complete confidence before go-live day.

Our rule on every project is simple: we communicate with your WMS exactly the way your WMS specifies, every time. We don't impose our own standards or ask you to adapt your system to ours - we adapt to you.

What specific Warehouse Management Systems does New Dawn integrate with?

While we have successfully integrated with a wide range of WMS platforms - including Manhattan (multiple versions), Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP, HighJump, NetSuite, Oracle, Red Prairie, Aptean WMS, Microsoft, and numerous homegrown systems - the list almost doesn't matter. Every integration is different, and we approach each one on its own terms rather than assuming anything carries over from a previous engagement.

New Dawn communicates using whatever protocol your WMS requires, including FTP, API, TCP/IP, Web Services, and direct database access. If your system uses a protocol not on this list, that's not a problem.

The bottom line: You do not need to replace or modify your WMS. New Dawn will work within your existing environment.
