Brian Keiger has spent 37 years in supply chain and order fulfillment, and over that time he’s worked with just about every technology that shows up on a distribution center floor. Conveyor, storage, racking, goods-to-person systems, AGVs and AMRs, robotics and the software that ties it all together have all been part of his work. That range gives him a practical sense of how these pieces fit together and what it takes to make them perform for a customer.
Before joining Conveyco in 2024, Brian was Sales and Marketing Director at Movu Robotics, where he helped grow the company’s customer base across food and beverage, retail, automotive and healthcare.
Brian is also one of the more active voices in the industry. He sits on the MHI Advisory Roundtable and has chaired or co-chaired several MHI industry groups, including Order Fulfillment Solutions, the Material Handling and Automation Group and the AS/RS Industry Group. He also serves on committees that write the safety standards for robotics and material handling, including ANSI B56.5, ANSI/RIA R15.08 and ASTM F45.
A lot of his time outside of Conveyco goes toward the next generation of the workforce. He serves on the Industry Advisory Panel for the National Center for Supply Chain Technology Education, the Systems Engineering and Engineering Management Advisory Board at UNC Charlotte and the board of the Queen City Robotics Alliance, all focused on preparing students for careers in automation.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
